6-inch-wide, 3/4-inch-thick engineered white oak hardwood flooring, expertly installed and site-finished with four coats of premium water-based satin polyurethane for a smooth, durable finish.
Subfloor sanded and sealed
Subfloor sanded and sealed, and pre-finished engineered white oak, 7"x 3/4" installed.
Custom-built Staircase
This staircase was custom-built with treads stained in a blend of 50% Rustic Beige, 25% Country White, and 25% Provincial, creating a matching tone with the existing flooring. White-painted sides and risers provide a clean contrast, while metal spindles introduce a modern element.
The handcrafted oak handrails, stained in True Black, offer a bold accent. Both the treads and handrails are finished with Bona polyurethane.
Metal Railings
New outdoor metal railings fully designed and custom-made to fit the balcony.
The frame is aluminum, and the cables are marine-grade stainless steel (316), ensuring maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
Built for longevityand a modern aesthetic, these railings combine safety, strength, and style — crafted to withstand the elements.

Red oak seamlessly complements the naturally rich Brazilian Cherry below. The red oak was refinished with a custom 65% Red Chestnut and 35% English Chestnut stain, sealed with oil-based polyurethane. The Brazilian Cherry was refinished with no stain, finished in oil-based polyurethane.

Replacing treads, handrail and spindles with premium refinishing
We have removed the old carpet and replaced the worn treads with new ones, along with the handrail and spindles. After sanding and finishing all the surfaces, we painted the risers and stringers white.
